MediKane SugarKane Fibre is easy to add to your existing diet. It is tasteless as an additive to meals and drinks.

It’s perfect for people with gut health issues, food intolerances and for those wanting regularity and even looking to lose weight as part of a calorie controlled diet.

MediKane SugarKane Fibre is a natural dietary food that is mainly insoluble and will not dissolve completely in liquids. Stir well before drinking MediKane SugarKane Fibre mixed into a glass of water or juice.

Directions For Use

For the majority of people, 3 grams of MediKane SugarKane Fibre per day will provide a positive effect to overall gut health. For those with a sensitive gut or those who have had previous issues, we suggest starting with under 1 gram per day and building up over 2 weeks.


Our Research has shown that 3 grams (table spoon) per day is recommended for overall gut health and to relieve most gut health symptoms.

For weight loss (as part of a calorie controlled diet), take 2 serves per day before or during meals.

Add 1 serve (approximately 1 tablespoon) in each of the following:

For every 1 cup of flour, add up to 1 cup of MediKane SugarKane Fibre (Make sure you add a little extra water). This measurement can be used for the following baked goods:
