Lemon & Coconut Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 2/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1⁄2 cup KaneFibre
  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1⁄2 cup desiccated coconut, extra



  1. Place all ingredients (except extra coconut) in a food processor and blend until mixture comes together. If it’s too dry add a little water, if too wet add a little more almond meal or coconut
  2. Spread extra coconut over a large plate. Roll mixture into balls, then roll in coconut
  3. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until firm
